Communications Coordinator

A full-time opportunity has become available for an energetic and motivated Communications Coordinator. This communications role provides plenty of scope for development and includes assisting the Marketing and Communications Manager in:

  • Implementing marketing and brand management across corporate publications, College website and other communications; This will include incorporating the College’s key messages in communication strategy and implementation activities.
  • Supporting the enrolments function of the College.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A ‘Can do’ attitude
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with high attention to detail including spelling, grammar and presentation.
  • Exceptional planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience in developing content for a variety of channels (web, newsletters, reports, internal communications, video, and others)
  • Aptitude for completing administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering events, from initial briefing through to execution and evaluation;
  • A working knowledge of MS Office, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator is preferred.

Instrumental Music Teacher – Brass

Northside Christian College is seeking a part time private Instrumental Teacher (Brass) for approximately four hours per week.  

The successful candidate will have:

  • Relevant experience, knowledge and skills. Ideally, you will have prior experience teaching instrumental music
  • A strong interest in supporting students' learning
  • An engaging manner and a warm rapport with children
  • Strong inter-personal skills and proven ability to work as part of a team
  • A friendly open nature and "can-do" attitude
  • The ability to exhibit Northside Christian College's genuine Christian commitment and care for students
  • An employee blue Card (or eligibility to obtain one)

Opportunities include providing private tuition individually and in small groups before and after school as well as during school hours.
