Sports Coaches
At Northside, sport is an integral part of student life and a means of developing life-long skills and healthy habits.
To assist in the delivery of our sporting program, we are seeking Sports Coaches for all of our representative sports (touch, futsal, basketball, volleyball, netball, soccer, swimming, cross country and track & field) for 2024.
As a Northside Sports Coach, you will plan and run weekly coaching sessions in your chosen sport/s for our representative sporting teams on Wednesday and/or Thursday afternoons between 12.30 pm and 3.30 pm for the duration of the respective sporting season (usually 8 to 10 weeks).
There is an opportunity to extend these hours by attending weekly games, as well as sport-specific gala days and other competitions.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A genuine Christian commitment and subscribe to the values of the College
- A Level One sports-specific coaching qualification (or the ability to acquire)
- Enthusiasm and the ability to inspire and encourage young people
- Demonstrated sportsmanship and teamwork
- The desire to make a positive contribution to the lives of young people
- Good communication skills
- A current Blue Card (paid) or ability to obtain one before commencement

Bus Driver, Part Time
An exciting opportunity exists for a Part-Time Bus Driver to ensure efficient and safe transportation of students and staff.
This flexible role can be Casual or Permanent - with 10 hours per week minimum, morning and/or afternoon school runs, 40 weeks of the year.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A professional and friendly approach
- Minimum of MR license
- Recent heavy vehicle driving experience
- A current (or able to obtain) Drivers Authorization
- Blue Card (for Paid employment) for working with children, or eligibility (this can be applied for after being successful in the application process)
- An active Christian faith
