Part Time, Term-Time Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and motivated College Administration Assistant – Health, to join Northside Christian College - a Prep to Year 12 College located in Everton Park in Brisbane's inner north. The successful applicant will work within a supportive team in an outstanding Christian College committed to inspiring and developing students’ spiritual, academic, emotional and social potential.

The successful applicant will provide efficient and caring oversight of our health room offering a high-quality experience for our student and parent community. 

The role is a part-time, term-time with working hours 8.30am-2.30pm, each weekday.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience in first aide
  • Relevant reception or administration experience, including up-to-date computer skills
  • Outstanding people skills including a pleasant phone and a welcoming face-to-face manner
  • A friendly open nature, especially enjoying interaction with children of all ages
  • Ability to exercise a high degree of tact, diplomacy, confidentiality and discretion
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to demonstrate a Christian World View
  • Hold an employee’s Blue Card, or be eligible to apply for one.

College Bus Drivers - Casual

Northside Christian College is seeking College Bus Drivers (Casual) for a minimum of 10 hours per week during term times. (May be morning or afternoon shifts, or a combination of both)

The successful candidate will have:

  • Bus Drivers Licence – Minimum required LR (Light Rigid), however MR (Medium Rigid) is preferred
  • Suitable Drivers Authorisation Card (or willingness to apply)
  • An engaging manner and a warm rapport with children
  • Strong inter-personal skills and proven ability to work as part of a team
  • A friendly open nature and "can-do" attitude
  • The ability to exhibit Northside Christian College's genuine Christian commitment and care for students
  • An employee blue Card (or eligibility to obtain one)
