Year 11 and 12 Sport and Recreation students have been working towards achieving their Bronze Duke of Edinburgh certificates this year and had a great time on their expeditions. Students completed two camps that included hiking, mountain biking and canoeing in the Glasshouse Mountains region. Groups covered on average 50kms over two days, using forestry maps to navigate their way to the campsite without any assistance. Students showed great perseverance and worked as a team throughout the duration of both camps.
