While in France, the choir will also sing with the Australian Army Band in pre-commemorative performances at the Arc de Triomphe and in the French community of Vignacourt.

Northside Christian College Digger Private Joseph HindFor Caitlin the trip to the Anzac Memorial has a personal aspect. A distant relative (her great, great, great, great cousin), Private Joseph Hind, died on 3 May 1917 in France at the age of 20. She also has a great, great, great uncle who died at Gallipoli. She will have the opportunity to lay Remembrance Poppies in France.

Caitlin is a wonderful ambassador for her country and her school, and we are proud of her commitment to her singing. We wish her all the best.
