Year 8 Camp at Lake Somerset was a memorable experience that truly reflected the theme “From Me to We.” 

For many students, it was their first time stepping outside their comfort zones and even camping in a tent. Although some felt nervous at first, everyone supported each other and worked together as a team.

Students enjoyed many exciting activities, including the giant swing, raft building and canoeing. In the evenings, we shared s’mores around the campfire. The girls also enjoyed some relaxing pampering time, while the boys spent time on the field playing sports.

By the end of camp, friendships had grown stronger and everyone had created lasting memories together.
